Martin spent nearly 9 years in the Caudwell Group a leading telecoms distributor with an international footprint. He was part of the leadership team following the Caudwell Group's sale to Doughty Hanson, private equity investors.
Having worked at board level for over 10 years in sectors such as retail, Ecommerce, technology and distribution.
Martin has 3 children and is based near Chester, UK.
Gareth has spent his career in IT with deep technical knowledge, his first career role was with Iceland one of the UK's most successful retailers.
His last career role was IT Director with Brightstar the technology and telecoms distribution group (formerly Caudwell Group) where he served for nearly 15 years and where he met Martin.
He has extensive experience of delivering large scale IT change across numerous territories.
